Great little article there! That must have been a wonderful time hearing Paul play "Mull of Kintyre"! I saw him here in Houston on the Tour taking my daughter, my 77 year old mother and my girlfriend! $1050 dollars for tickets, but it was worth every penny! By the end of the show my mother and girlfriend were screaming like school girls, "We Love You, Paul!" What an incredible talent! What a fantastically FAB concert!
All I can say is... Please come back again, Paul!
Again, I enjoyed the write up!

Hi,
Just wanted to thank you for writing such a good article about my brother
Phil. It is rather uncanny to realize how relevant his songs are today,
isn't it? I think "Cops of the World" is so descriptive of what we've
become now!
"We own half the world, oh say can you see
And the name for our profits is democracy
So, like it or not, you will have to be free
'Cause we're the cops of the world."
and
"Those treaties we signed were a pain in the neck.
We'll find you a leader that you can elect."
Also, there was a 4th verse to "Power & Glory" which he never recorded
officially, but I have a tape of him singing it. The words are:
"But our land is still troubled by those who have to hate
They twist away our freedom, they twist away our fate
Fear is their weapon, and treason is their cry
We can stop them if we try."
I continue to produce Phil Ochs Song Nights so that people can hear his
music today. Please check out my website for future
concerts. www.sonnyochs.com
Best,
Sonny Ochs

I would like to commend your staff contributer, Brighid Mooney, on her
perceptive review of 'The Office; series 1&2'
Having just finished watching a lot of the series, I was looking for some
analysis. well, Brighid was spot on with her character
descriptions/dynamics. I wasn't sure why boss David Brent was so painful to
watch and Brighid was right, he's "devastatingly human"
Good job! Keep writing the good stuff!
