I read your on-line review in May 2005. I agree that Aimee and Tim do have a varied
sound - punk meets bluegrass is how I describe them. I wanted to write
to you about your comment about 'For Bob Riecke.' You asked who he was
in the review. Well, he is my father and Aimee's uncle who died of lung
cancer last July at 65. Aimee could not come to the funeral because she
was in Japan or Alaska or somewhere touring, and wrote the song to
dedicate to his memory.

I am sure Aimee and Tim appreciate your candid review. I think you
should give the album one more shot though. One of its most amazing
draws is that they do not have only one way to express their music.
Each song is unique.
