About Me: 2002 graduate of the University of Evansville, professional daydreamer, currently melting in New York City.
Favorite Album: Elliott Smith Elliott Smith
Favorite Film: Dr. Strangelove - Dark comedy at its darkest and funniest.
Favorite Concert: Elvis Costello, University of Chicago, November 9, 2002 The culmination of a year of touring, no highlights of the last 9 months were left out, the Imposters at their best, EC at his most playful and passionate.
Favorite Book: 1984 by George Orwell. Brilliant distopian nightmare that gets more frightening, more relevant, and more realistic with every read. The last third of the book is like a lesson in futility and probably the scariest thing I have ever read six times. "I love George Bush!"
Top 5 Elvis Costello songs whose title asks a question:
1. (What's So Funny 'Bout) Peace Love and
Understanding?
2. Daddy Can I Turn This?
3. Honey Are You Straight or Are You Blind?
4. Why Cant a Man Stand Alone?
5. What's Her Name Today?
